Archie is a berry wine that I've done with my great-grandfathers recipe. The instructions were crude and some of the text was missing, it took a couple of years to get it right. After a lot of trial and error I finally got it right with the 2011 batch, 2 years later I bottled it and gave it it's own look.
It's made out of berries found in the Finnish archipelagio, stored for 2 years. It has a lovely round taste with a playful yet mild acidity. Best served neat.
